Phonics and More  

Currently, we are selling new and used educational programs, such as Hooked on Phonics, Hooked on Math and Master Reader on eBay under the EBAY ID "edandsophie", STORE NAME "Phonics and More". Also, we carry a complete line of REPLACEMENT PARTS for many programs. On both eBay and half.com, we stock 100s of books for children, youth and adults.

Until we complete our upgrading of this site with a shipping cart, you can buy items directly from us by emailing us with your request and we will send you a PayPal invoice that you can pay.

We prefer PayPal!

PayPal will accept direct payment, credit card or eCheck.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Since we sell mostly "Hooked on Phonics" programs, replacement parts and children's reading books; we ship most of our products using USPS "Media Mail", which is cheap, but slow. Please be patient. We also offer USPS "Priority Mail" and "Express Mail" for buyers who may need quicker shipping. We are trying to use the new "flat rate" Priority Mail boxes, but not all of the items that we sell fit in them. All items are shipped with delivery confirmation included. Insuring your shipment is your option and risk.

APO/FPO and shipments to Hawaii, must be sent "Priority Mail" or "Express Mail" because overseas "Media Mail" shipments are by boat (4-6 weeks).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you need it shipped to a foreign country, please request a quote for S&H charges by email before you purchase an item and include your shipping address with postal code and your telephone number (for the US customs form). We use USPS "International Priority" for all of our international shipping.

We promise to ship media mail items within 3 days.

USPS Priority shipping gets priority treatment.

Buyers are responsible for taxes, duties and customs fees.

We will combine multiple purchases to reduce S & H fees.

We try to describe our products with as much detail as possible. We do use stock photos for most products that represent the condition of the product and then in the text, we describe in detail the specific condition of that item.  

We try to follow the copyright and trademark laws of this country, both the letter and the intent of these laws.

No one is given permission to use any of our images or descriptions in their ad. The following quote is from eBay, " eBay members are not allowed to use another eBay user's pictures or descriptions in their listings or About Me pages without the owner's permission. Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions, including: Listing cancellation, Loss of eBay fees, Limits placed on account privileges, loss of PowerSeller status, Account suspension."

We sell programs and replacement parts in a variety of conditions.

FACTORY SEALED: Program or replacement part is packed as it came from factory. Shipping carton may be opened, in order to photograph contents for display in ad, but program or part has never been used. 

MINT: Program or replacement part looks unused, some or all of the flash card packs may be opened and the workbooks have no writing inside them.

USED: Program or replacement part shows wear, flash card packs have been opened and books may have writing in them or worn covers.

We are willing to work with people who may have bought the wrong item by mistake or may have buyer's remorse. For an auction, site, like eBay, we incur fees to list and sell an item and we will expect to be reimbursed for those fees. Any non-paying bidder who ignores our emails and refuses to carry through with their obligations will reported to eBay as a "non-paying" bidder.
